Olympic Goal Beginner

Intermediate

Advanced Gymnastic Program

Children learn on all Olympic events:

Tumbling

Balance Beam

Uneven Bars

and Vault

Classes include conditioning, stretching and agility training. Skill progression and safety are emphasized.

Classes are taught according to the age and ability of the students.

Conditioning and physical development are a by-product of more advanced gymnastic skill.

No prior experience is needed.

CO-ED COMBO CLASSES

1-hour class designed to develop motor skills and includes tumbling, jumping and balancing instruction.  Made fun with music, hoops, etc...

Dates/Times:     Fridays from 4:30pm - 5:30pm

Fee:                   $25.00 per month

GIRLS GYMNASTICS

KINDER FLIPPER - Ages 5-7 years old (girls only) 

Without parent's assistance, this level continues to develop movement skills, which will set a foundation for overall physical coodination.  Helps build child's self confidence while gaining exposure to simple gymnastic elements through games and obstacle courses. 

Dates/Times:     Wednesdays and Fridays from 5:30pm - 6:30pm (attend both days at no add'l cost)

Fee:                   $35.00 per month

PRE-GYMNASTIC - Ages 8-12 years old (girls only)

Classes are taught according to the age and ability of the students. Conditioning and physical development are a by-product of more advanced gymnastic skills.  Skill terminology and body position are emphasized.

Dates/Times:     Wednesdays and Fridays from 5:30pm - 6:30pm (attend both days at no add'l cost)

Fee:                   $35.00 per month
